We have been very impressed with the service from Sarah and Ken - they really do go the extra mile. From their infinite patience in answering questions for weeks (it took us a while to take the plunge!), to their helpful videos to make water maintenance easy, to a follow up visit from Sarah to check everything was OK. Would highly recommend both their Hot Tubs (we bought the ENVOY and are really happy with it) and their customer care.

Sarah and her team were amazing from start to finish! Very knowledgeable and walked us through the purchase of our new hot tub from start to finish. Their recommended team to help with electrics etc were also fantastic. It was such a pleasure to work with them and I can’t recommend them enough!!

sarah and ken have been amazing during the whole process of getting our pool and with my numerous questions once it was installed (maintenance is very easy, I just like to double-check everything!). the whole family enjoy the pool, either for relaxing or training.

Well we took the plunge so to speak and went ahead buying our very first hot tub. It was a huge decision to make as its a big thing, but because of Sarah and Ken's professional and reassuring support we went ahead. Everything was explained to us in great detail, and the knowledge these guys have is incredible, they know their stuff. This really helps as it takes away the worry. There was absolutely no pressure, and all our questions were answered.Finances were very clearly laid out and explained.We now have our hot tub installed and its fabulous.Installation was very straightforward, craned in without any problems and set up by the installation team, all very professional. We had a couple of questions but again all the support was there and still is from Sarah and Ken.You're are in safe hands.Hopefully many hours of fun and relaxation to be had.Go for it !!!!

We have just had our new hot tub delivered so thought I would leave an initial review. The show room is well stocked with plenty of parking and Ken patiently talked us through the various options and benefits without it ever feeling like a hard sell. The products look modern and have a smart aesthetic (we chose the pearl effect finish). Given the value of the item, we felt a local bricks and mortar vendor to be very important in our purchase decision especially for after care and advice. The whole process from purchase & delivery booking to the polite delivery team has been a faultless experience. I look forward to many happy years of ownership.

Ken and Sarah at the Cobham branch of Hot Springs World have been amazing. From helping us choose the right hot tub for our needs, to excellent after sales support. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing is ever a problem. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Sarah and Ken from the Cobham Showroom are always so helpful when it comes to caring for our hot tub. We bought ours 8 years ago and it still looks as good as new. If we ever have a problem with anything we know we can always rely on Sarah and Ken to help us out. Thank you

We have had our hot tub ten months now and we absolutely love it. There is some maintenance and monitoring to do but that’s now all just included in the weekly routine. It’s lovely to be able to relax in the tub after a stressful or tiring day and we find we sleep better too. Sarah and Ken have been fantastic throughout from choosing, installing and upkeep. They are always there to help and nothing is too much trouble.
