Always friendly and welcoming, the treatments are carried out very professionally with care. The products they use are superb. The latest visit for a manicure, post lockdown, was well overdue for me. I felt their safety measures were thorough but this didn’t detract from the service I received, which was excellent as always.

First visit back since Lottie and the team reopened for a long overdue massage and pedicure. Although all of the post lockdown measures are in place, this has been done in a way that whilst making you feel 100% safe doesn’t impact your treatment in any way. I came away feeling very relaxed as always.

I treated my mum to the deep peace and stress relief massage for her birthday and she had a fantastic experience! Everything, from the warm and welcoming feel of the treatment rooms, Millie's professionalism and expertise, and the quality of the products is amazing. It was 50 minutes of heaven! Classy, personal, and great value for money. I would definitely recommend treating anyone you love to a visit to ORB!

couldn't recommend this lovely little spot more, such lovely treatments and all the girls are so lovely and attentive; an absolute must if you're visiting uppingham! i've had many different treatments here over the years and have always walked away feeling thoroughly pampered. i felt particularly safe and well looked after during my first visit after the lockdown.

Just had my first visit since the reopening. So glad to be back! The salon felt very safe and the necessary precautions were taken but it still had the relaxing and comforting feel as before.A great treatment from very friendly and professional staff. Look forward to my next visit
