What a little gem of a store. I came across this store randomly and have visited twice despite living 15 miles away. The staff and service is just so lovely and perfect quality. They were able to take the time I needed to help me choose and frame some precious photos that mean everything to me and I wanted them to be perfect. They understood the task and took the time and their expertise to provide me with the best service I could have asked for. I haven’t found a shop like it and I have looked far and beyond. Thank you. And also, they have some beautiful unique frames that I get lovely comments on all the time. You’ve made a customer for life in me ♥️

I visited the store today and had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from start to finish, the level of care and attention I received from Alice and Pami was truly outstanding. The attention to detail and precision exhibited by the staff truly set them apart. They took the time to go above and beyond, ensuring that every aspect of the service exceeded my expectations. Took a print in for framing with an idea of what I wanted. Really good discussion about what I wanted to achieve with the finished picture. All the advice given was excellent. Took a week to turn everything around which was absolutely fine - not sure I've been anywhere that could turn things around more quickly. Framing quality is great and the price was extremely competitive. Will absolutely be using their services again. Excellent all round!

I have used The New Photo Company twice for some large prints and have been blown away each time by the quality of their work, professionalism and excellent customer service. Mr Singh is a true gentleman and the dogs roaming around gives the store a friendly and relaxed vibe. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Fliiping fab store with amazing staff. We were trying to arrange photos for a funeral memory table with little time and some old, faded but much loved pics. Paula and the team were incredibly helpful and supporttive during what was a difficult time. It was great to have a more expericed eye to help us to choose sizes and frames. We had the most beautiful pictures that told stories about the life of my Dad and our family. Thank you team The New Photo Company, 12 out of 10! x

Very friendly and helpful team, amazing service, and a lovely atmosphere. We had a family photoshoot and it was honestly the most comfortable I have been in-front of a camera. Additionally, the outcome of the photos was beautiful. Definitely recommend their service and I look forward to using them again :)

I visited the New Photo Company today, I only required photos for my senior past and passport renew. I was made to feel welcome and valued. The team showed a willingness to answer all my questions and the advice given was superb. They were highly professional and attentive which made me feel very relaxed. Definitely will be using again, keep up the great work

These guys are amazing! We used them to print signage and thank you cards for our wedding and every time we dropped in we were so impressed with the service. Friendly, really helpful, and clearly experts at what they do - they made helpful suggestions and spotted little formatting tweaks that could be made to ensure the final products we got looked perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and everything with a smile (and a dog or two for company while we waited!) Will definitely be getting photographs printed with them in future!
