Went to get a sim only deal at Darlington store and Matty was really helpful and pleasant, him and his colleague Darren done me a good deal as iv also got my WiFi with them and got this tablet too and all in all works out a lot cheaper then I was originally paying for a contract phone and my WiFi

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the friendly, expert team in the Darlington Three store with a particular mention to Darren, Store Manager and Martin. I have been a Three customer for many years and not the most technical, so have really appreciated their help, advice and support during recent visits. They are such an approachable team....have always taken time to answer my (many) questions. Recently went sim only and upgraded to the new Honor tablet, which resulted in a monthly saving for me of £30. Thank you so much!!

i went into the store today to have an issue with a sim card sorted out and they were extremely helpful with providing me what i needed to get my phone up and running again. i came out with a working pay monthly sim & a tablet foe an extra £5 a month, a very affordable price! apologies for not remembering the name of the man who helped me, but he was extremely pleasant and make me feel really comfortable and relaxed ( particularly with having severe anxiety issues. ) and the same goes for the rest of the staff! they were all incredibly kind and helpful. happy i came to three! x
