Perfect resting place for a loved one. They have beautiful chapels for funerals that are tidy, respectful and professional.

Had the 4th Funeral in 5 months & they have all taken place here as will many to come & so will my own.Pretty much my whole family & most people I know use this place so I know sadly only to well that this is the place to use & spend either Eternity or to take your final journey.The grounds are always kept as nice as possible & the graves though some are very old & could use some work, the grounds maintenance is great & the utmost respect is given to every Grave while carrying out maintenance & other jobs like Digging new graves or opening them to add to family plots etc.I'm not one to be buried I'm going to Medical Science, I hate the thought of being buried & taking up space but if I was going to be then I'd be more than happy to be laid to rest right here.The only way it could be better for me is in 365 days a year Sunshine & a stunning view of the Tyne Bridge & The River.Anyway, I'd highly recommend the worst day of your lives be put massively at ease by sending your loved ones here if not planning it for yourselves, after Science is done with me I will go there if there is anything left or if they don't sort things for me, I'm not quite sure what happens after that to be fare.The people have always done a fantastic job for every single funeral I have attended here & they will make your experience the best it can be in such Devastating circumstances I assure you.

Not a place wanting to visit, but it is really a nice place to say goodbye to our dear friends/relatives who are on their way to God's place. You may see many people laughing there but I am sure our friends and their families would rather see people happy instead of mourning for their leaving. Thanks for the kind residents nearby so the visitors can park there cars outside the cemetery.

First visit yesterday for a funeral. Immaculate setting and the buildings are stunning.

I went here for the the first time for a Cremation service. I was extremely happy and impressed with the service that was given. I walked away sad but with some sort of happiness from the Champlain's words. Thank you kindly for the service provided.

We went to crem today, Noticed all the areas infront of the chapels are neat, tidy grass cut and free of weeds. We went to garden of remembrance which was neat and tidy, then we went all the way to the bottom on the right to see my nanna, down that part of the crem was over grown, weeds in paths etc, very unkept,was not impressed at all

Where humanity and raw energy end and begin, where we were all last and on we go as life and time pull us towards the circulation that is birth- death then birth again and again more times than even us humans can possibly begin to imagine.

I wish there was more stars to rate our experience. We are from Canada and our son/brother passed away in the uk. Our only communication was via internet and they treated us like we were standing next to them. It was a beautiful service! They truly cared about us and our loved one. They went above and beyond to help us plan and organize a beautiful send off. They will forever be in our thoughts and memories as people we never knew cared so much... truly outstanding everyone was. Thank you from all of us in Canada. We will visit one day ❤️

My mother's funeral this month was undertaken beautifuly. Very caring and sympathetic vicar. The chapel and grounds were lovely. The whole place has a peaceful feel and is an oasis of green in the west of the city.

Liking this venue seems wrong but nonetheless the service offered here was excellent and the facilities well maintained. We were able to say goodbye in a very dignified and relaxed way in a very well maintained and pleasant environment.
