DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.Read and believe the dissatisfied reviews that have been left.Unprofessional, rude and have no interest in the customer.Made a complaint against a surveyor for his inappropriate behaviour, but Sophie (took the complaint) has still not responded or come back to me (over 3 weeks ago), not even a courtesy message.Book elsewhere even if you have to pay that little extra.If anything would give them a - rating.

I had to have a Valuation Report, for lender , Muhammad Zain , Came round He had Manners was very humble and gave Me the exact Valuation My Property was also Report was Emailed back to Me in good timing , Thank You Muhammad and Thank You Debbie at the office for all her help, I am now in My new Property, May ( GOD ) Bless You all Mr Malachi Nathan Brooks X

Totally inexperienced, incompetent, unpraticed amature, inexpert surveyors. SAMUEL HALL Came to my home for on behalf of my buyers lender and devalued my property by a massive £60,000. Because of this they cost me the sale of my property. Called the office and asked for the manager who was of course on another call, which was apparently, or so I was told was going to be on quite a long call." (Obviously anticipating a difficult conversation with me considering the consistently awful reviews)But when i insisted on holding until PAULA TWINE became available all of a sudden within less than 30 seconds when she realised that I wasnt going to go away. Well the call wasn't worth the wait

Very impressed with the service provided. Booked the appointment over the phone with a very polite and helpful chap. Appointment was booked in for the next day, and Sam Hare called to let me know he was on his way. Very professional, very knowledgeable (I asked him lots of questions), very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Valuation provided the same afternoon, so overall, a very smooth and pleasant transaction - Thanks!

I was informed that Pinnacle Surveyors would be carrying out our valuation on behalf of our mortgage lender. I read the reviews and was not exactly filled with joy.Paul Cable undertook the inspection and noted within the report that there was no garden/balcony nor any additional rooms, despite the apartment having a wrap around balcony and a small office space.Whilst I anticipated a slight under valuation, nothing could prepare me for extent at which Paul valued the property, particularly as a friend had purchased a similar apartment within the complex for just under that figure 2 years ago, and we all know how much prices have increased within those 2 years.Avoid at all costs.

Pinnacle surveyors came to value my property today they were in the house for no longer then 10mins got a valuation 50k over 4 separate estate agents valuation and just looked at the houses they have compared our house too,which are much larger more land and huge driveways they clearly don't know what they are doing and how to value a house correctly the house next door to us sold for 550k less then a year ago and it's almost twice the size they have royaly ruined my chance of paying our help to buy off I will be contacting a solicitor and getting another rics valuation done from a reputable company STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS

I would give this appalling company 0 starts if I could. Avoid like the plague. Nationwide arranged for me to have a homebuyer survey done through Pinaccle Surveyors that cost me £275.00.Within 1 day of having the keys to my new flat, there was really bad damp in 3 corners of the flat (see picture). This was caused by badly blocked gutters. Parts of the guttering were also so badly broken they had come apart and were being held up by a satellite dish (see picture). Of course, none of this was mentioned in the report and when I followed up with them, they absolved themselves of all blame.

Extremely upset with Pinnacle. Having had 3 local estate agents value my property and receive an asking price offer, Pinnacle came along to survey/value it and down valued it by a massive £20,000!!! They didn't even go in the garage conversion, not sure they noticed I'd had a whole new kitchen fitted as the guy was in and out as quick as he could be. I'm absolutely fuming. Having read more reviews it appears I'm not the only one this has happened to. Just doesn't seem right.

Our mortgage lender used Pinnacle Surveyors to value the house where we live and want to purchase. The surveyor was in the house no more than 5 minutes and she was quite rude, we though she is unprofessional. After she left I knew there will be a problem with the report, I felt it. Yes, she sent a report with errors. The lender didn`t say exactly what kind of errors but something like they have had to return your valuation report back to the valuer as there is information missing with regards to work to be carried. This section has been left blank but there is a note regarding recommended works." I was shocked. What recommended works??? We live there 6 years now
