Very kind service, good coffee and a range of cakes.Only wooden cutlery was available. Difficult for eating some cakes with.

Excellent service young lady with yellow hair credit to Infusion. Could see i hesitated when making a coffee choice and knew l wad thinking Flat White. Which she proceeded to make. Not only a great flat white but amazing coffee art. Got a bunny which l have never seen before. Well done

We visited with a charity group, we were given a gift card to spend while we were there and decided to try the cafe.Selection of food wasn’t great but ordered a toastie for myself, scotch pie for my partner and 3yr old daughter and sausage roll as an extra for my daughter just in case she didn’t like the pie. (£17 which I thought was steep for this!)I waited upwards of 20 mins in the queue to order despite there being 5 staff hovering around the counter and only 7/8 people ahead of me. We then waited another 15 minutes for the food to come out to the table, when it arrived the toastie was cold and the pies burnt to cinder. I returned them to the staff member who brought them out, she then acted surprised like she hadn’t noticed on the way over. But offered fresh ones, which we accepted. They were brought over another 15 minutes later and had raw meat all over the top of them. The manager was very apologetic in the end but the rest of the staff left a lot to be desired. Our daughter wasted an hour of the 2.5hr visit waiting for food she didn’t get and left hungry and upset after another unfortunate staff encounter in the gift shop on the way out. Would not recommend this cafe to anyone sadly.

Great café. I wish there were more places like this in Dundee. We haven't tried hot food but coffee and baked goods are delicious. The coffee is so good it definitely beats some of the leading coffee shop chains. Milk alternatives are available. The menu seems really good with lots of options for children.Definitely the best feature is a soft play area. You can also grab a tray with colouring sheets and wee toys to keep kids busy at the table. Such a great idea. My daughter loves it there. Lego table is always a winner for her.The staff are really nice, friendly and welcoming. During school holidays the place gets very busy. We'll definitely be back.
