Excellent service from Chris at Carsave Leasing Ltd! I contacted in total 4 different leasing companies. Only 2 of them got back to me (the other 2 didn't bother even after chasing too). Chris was by far the quickest and the most helpful without the dreaded hard sell (the other company was a hard sell).The prices were also the best with Chris, and I must have been a pest as I like to have all the facts so was asking for quite a few different quotes and combinations. Nothing seemed a bother with Chris and thanks for sticking with me. I got the exact car I wanted at an excellent price. More than happy with the service and will definitely recommend and look to use again once this new lease is over. Thanks very much and now I'm excited to get my new car :)

I can't speak highly enough of the service I received from Tom at Carsave right from Day 1 to the delivery of our new car. This was the first time I had gone down the lease route and if I am to do it again I would have no qualms about using Carsave based almost entirely on Tom's service.Tom was super responsive both by email and phone and took the time to explain the T&C's in plain language and answer all of my questions.The most impressive part of the service I received was Tom's reaction to me moving the date forward twice for my preferred delivery date. I was asking an awful lot to get the car for when I wanted but time after time Tom went out if his way to engage with the retailer to see what could be done. Tom never over promised and managed my expectations really well At the end of it all, we received our car 2 weeks in advance of the initial agreement. A very very happy customer.Top marks all round.

Highly Recommend! It's my second time using Carsave and both times I have found them extremely efficient and professional in arranging my new car.Mainly dealt with Jon (Harvey), who was always very quick to respond to any queries I had. He also didn't mind me asking lots of questions when running through alternative car options. He even emailed me back when he was supposed to be on leave. The car arrived quickly and it was a swift service. I will use them again when I need another car!
