Mark fixed our job in a fast and efficient manner. He explained the problem and how he fixed it as he was doing it, so we understood exactly what was happening. We will definitely use Mark again.

Fast, efficient, courteous service at a reasonable price. I had a small non-urgent job, and Mark came and sorted it that same day. Not only that, he took a look at our complicated pipe set-up and explained in simple terms how it was arranged, what did what etc. Highly recommended.

Our toilet flushing mechanism broke yesterday, I called Mark and, thankfully, he could come out later that day.Appreciated that he kept me up to date as to when he could get here, explained what needed to be done and did it! Found Mark to be personable, friendly & professional so we're already looking at calling him back in to fix the none urgent jobs we'd be putting off!

I called Mark in the morning to get him to fix a leaking radiator pipe and after checking his schedule he was able to attend my property that same morning.He drained down the system and replaced the leaking valve within an hour and did a great job.Would highly recommend.

Mark has always provided an excellent service when dealing with my old boiler and has sorted out plumbing issues too. I am relieved to have found such a professional local gas engineer & plumber. He is very reliable, is quick to respond, has great communication skills, is friendly and he explains the problem clearly. On advice of my tenants, I asked Mark to check my 'noisy' boiler which he did thoroughly with his equally efficient colleague, only to find no problem. Mark was then kind enough not to charge me for this check. Mark also gave me important advice regarding my c. monoxide detector. I cannot recommend Mark more highly. (This is a completely unbiased review, as although we share the same surname, we are not related!)

Mark responded very quickly to my request, and showed good flexibility within his existing commitments to his other customers. He was polite and informative and did not waste any time in getting on with his work and resolving the issues with my boiler.

Mark came to my flat to issue a Gas Safety Certificate and to install a gas cooker. He previously came to repair my boiler.What I am impressed about is his communication: he explained the issues with simple words to understand for a non technical person like myself.He worked in a very messy environment (overcrowded with stuff and people) but he still was very considerate, patient but quick.The work was carried out very efficiently.I would definitely call him again for any plumbing and heating problems in my flats.

Friendly, professional service. Gave the cheapest quote for a boiler replacement, including power flush, magnetic filter installation, and Hive installation. Was available for dates very shortly after the quote was given, and all the work was completed on one day. Subsequently lost pressure in one tap, which they came back and fixed free of charge, and have had no other issues.

I've used Mark a few times now. He's super efficient, no nonsense. It's great to find someone who is trustworthy and doesn't spin a line! He's good value and will aim to keep costs down.
