Becky has transformed a tortoise for my mother which had suffered years of neglect. He is now clean and shiny, and has eyes which gives him personality and character. He now sits on view rather than being hidden in a dusty corner. Becky has done a marvellous job, and we’re delighted with the result. From start to finish, my interaction with The artist has been spectacular. She was open and honest about waiting times, which is understandable given the type of work she does. She worked around my very odd schedule at the start of this transaction, as I was helping care for an ill relative, and had problems shipping my specimen to her, She asked which mount I would prefer and which perch and position.When my turn came, she kept me updated every step of the way, and even did a fantastic video of the process, which is absolutely fascinating, but not for those who are squeamish. and I was sent plenty of photographs to ensure I was happy with my finished Owl. for return shipping, my owl could not have been packed more securely! there was no way anything was going to damage her, as parts of the box were reinforced for impacts, and there was plenty of bubble wrap too.Genuinely I cannot sing Becky's praises enough, so if you are looking for a taxidermist for a custom piece, or even a pre made piece, you will get a fantastic service and quality product, finished with skill, care and compassion.
