Great glass on time thank you

Extremely poor quality. Large amount of glass comes scratched. Last shipment was on top of everything, almost half came scratched. Wouldn't want such a window fitted in my home.

Our first experience using this company was very disappointing! We ordered a large glass to be delivered, and the delivery man turns up on his own, which clearly was impossible for him to carry it on his own. Luckily on that day we had 2 contractors on site which were able to help him, the glass shattered but we were able to order a new one. I had spoken to someone in the company when ordering the new one and mentioned to him that the glass is too be delivered just by 1 person, he assured me that they were going to send more than person, which was not true. On the day of delivery, they were unable to deliver as again he was on his own. I called up and whoever I spoke to was very dismissive and I was told that it was standard, and they had practically done their job as they drove the glass to our address, my argument is the company should have resources to deliver such large and heavy glass, and not expect the customer to carry it from the van. I am still waiting for a solution, which the company has not been very helpful, and I find it unacceptable for me as a customer have to find resources and pay when I am paying for a product and service which clearly has not been successful. If this is the company policy they should inform us beforehand, therefore then it would be our decision to accept and find resources where needed.

Good experience using this company, better than other manufacturers I've used in the past.
