Renting in this economy can be so stressful, however streamline properties have been wonderful. The response rate whenever there's been any issues has been exceptional. Highly recommend, if you're in the South West region!

I was very nervous about moving to Bristol from Brighton with only a whatsapp viewing. Agata's photos are very much what you see is what you get.She took me through a video run through (and this was before COVID) and she was upfront with all my questions and prompty replied to all my emails before the move.As a doctor/trainee surgeon I have always had to move once a year. In my 13 years of living around Central London, Kent, Brighton and now Bristol, Agata has by far been the most friendly, approachable and promptly replying landlady I have had so far. Very accessible via whatsapp.Even in the midst of COVID she managed to get the odd repair done and always very considerate to check if I was on nightshifts before planning anything. Honestly she deserves a 5 star review for just putting up with me! If I ever plan a return to Bristol I know who I'll contact first!To sum up - Thoroughly recommend Agata / Streamline Properties Ltd. Extremely pleasant and stressfree living experience! In my opinion, all the important and bonus attributes that you would want from someone looking after your new home.

FANTASTIC!I've just finished my tenancy after a semester at one of Streamline's accommodations and I couldn't be more satisfied with these past months.As an Italian exchange student, meeting Agata made moving to Bristol easier and more stress-less. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and I felt very welcomed as I arrived.Obliging and available, there were no difficulties in getting in contact for any type of problem: for example, in the last weeks of my stay, the oven broke - a professional was called in to deal with the situation and the oven was fixed in less than a week.I deeply recommend Streamline's service: my tenancy was great, I genuinely felt at home, and as a young student I couldn't be more grateful.PS: Thanks for everything, Agata!
