An absolute pleasure working for Walfinch. It is like one big happy family.The company is so professional and the team are so caring, enthusiastic and highly motivated. I always look forward to visiting my clients as i know it makes them happy and they really appreciate the work we all do.

After some awful experiences with some traditional care agencies, my friend (the care user) and I have been so unbelievably delighted with Tanya and the whole Walfinch team. They are proactive, so very friendly, supportive to both myself (next of kin) and the care user, and genuinely care about the people they serve. I am so grateful and cannot recommend them enough!

The greatest of all...! They act as a team and they really care for people in need! The best of the best!!!! I used to work for an other company and for 4 years I didn't know if I have a manager , a coordinator or a director. In WALFINCH the register manager ( Magdalena) is always in my side and help me at any time to do correctly my job. Nicole ( the coordinator) is available at any time also and reminds us for extra courses too. Roxy ( operations Director) doesn't miss anything and arrange all to be legal. What can I say for Tanya ( the head office manager) , as she's always next to the client and also to us , with a lovely smile ready to give her hand to all at anytime! We are actually acting as a team because we have the best of the best on the top! Clients happy and carers also happy...if that's not a success...then what is it? If one day I need to be caring I will definitely choose WALFINCH...!

I joined Walfinch in April 2023. I was contacted by Roxy about a placement in Chiswick. I accepted the placenent. When i arrived i was met by Magda who introduced me to my client. At the end of the placement I was asked to do another placement in Chiswick. I was totally supported by Roxy , Magda and Tanya in a positive, professional and friendly manner. With the second placement we had to organise the medicines into the dosset boxes. There was a lot of medication which I handed back to th pharmacy. Roxy would phone daily so that we could get it all sorted. Nothiing was to much for her. I thoroughly enjoyed working with the ladies at the Hammersmith.Chiswick and Kensington branch of Walfinch, and I hope to be approached to work with them again. Keep up the good work Ladies
