Well... I went in for research purposes and was very pleasantly surprised. Not only did I get a fabulous gift bag (a thermal shopper no less, filled with brochures) but I couldn't believe the choice of kitchen designs on offer. Plenty I know aren't for me, but also plenty I know will definitely fit the bill. Will see what happens when it comes to actually going through the design process, but so far, I'm impressed.No pressure to buy anything, they just let me browse! Heaven

I had an exceptional experience working with Matthew Young on our kitchen design project. Initially, we were concerned as the design had been started by someone else who left the company. However, Matt's expertise and comforting approach quickly put our worries to rest. His knowledge of practical kitchen planning is commendable, and he provided insightful suggestions on optimizing space for enhanced functionality.What stood out the most was Matt's non-pushy and patient demeanor. He never rushed us into decisions, encouraging us to take our time and think about the design to make sure we are happy with it. Matt was always available, promptly addressing all our questions and guiding us through the process, even during our rushed timeline.Matt's dedication ensured that our kitchen design was not only completed on time but surpassed our expectations. We are 100% satisfied with the outcome and are now eagerly anticipating the installation. Matt's professionalism, combined with his thoughtful suggestions, made this entire process smooth and enjoyable.

We couldn't have asked for a better service. Anwar was so wonderful to work with and we felt we could put our complete trust in her to make the catalogue kitchen/diner and utility room we'd always wanted. The Slough showroom gave us the inspiration and Anwar helped guide us through the various options and decisions so nothing felt overwhelming (even with a newborn!). The finished space looks great and we can't wait to make many happy memories within it! Thanks to the whole Wren team!

Although we’ve not yet had our kitchen fitted, the customer service that we’ve received from Matthew Young at the Slough Wren has been amazing. I wasn’t expecting to get such a customised and personable sales experience from Wren and have been really impressed. I’d read some mixed reviews and told Matt that from the start, but he soon put my concerns to rest. He’s been available to us each time we’ve had a question or concern, he’s been flexible with his time. Nothing has felt pushy from him at all. We’d initially gone for the cheaper Kitchen option, but went for the more expensive and that was by choice and not pressure from Matt at all. He’s explained every kitchen option in detail, he’s used his expertise to make adjustments to what we initially thought we wanted. He’s explained all the payment and finance options in detail too. So far it’s been a really great experience and I’m confident that he’ll work with us until the completion to make sure we’re satisfied.We went to three other Kitchen suppliers and Wren beat them by a mile in terms of value, range of choice, flexibility and payment options too, but Matt’s customer service has definitely out shon the others.

Designed by Anwar Haddad and her brotherAn absolute 100% satisfactory experience, along all stages... from entering the wren store the first time, to the finished quality product... Even damaged goods on arrival was a walk in the park to sort.We had visited many other kitchen stores, and wren came up at the top in regard to quality, choice, carcass, price, finance option.. everything.

We had a great experience designing our kitchen. The whole time we worked closely with Matt Young who we couldn’t recommend highly enough. He spent approx 2 x 2 hours with us designing our kitchen and he was in touch even on his days off to help us with questions we had. He had good ideas about placement and use of space. He was never pushy about anything and took the right approach, so that we didn’t feel we were being sold to like at a car dealership. Our kitchen hasn’t arrived yet (we have paid the deposit but not ordered it) but we’ve already had so much contact with Matt who is now spending even more time redesigning our kitchen for us after architectural plans have changed. We didn’t expect him to be so accommodating after the sale had been made but we are pleasantly surprised. Thanks so much

From the get go Wren were very helpful & professional throughout the whole process.Our designer Sam Sumner was extremely helpful & very patient during what I knew was going to be a very challenging design.After some modifications from my initial design which Sam suggested I am very happy with the finished article.Delivery was on time & professionally executed.All in all I would not hesitate to recommend the whole team at Slough & delivery team.Thanks Sam.
