I’ve been wanting to buy the Barbour Liddesdale jacket but couldn’t find my size. I came across Smyths and luckily they have my size! It took almost two weeks for my order to arrive in Singapore. It even came with a handwritten note. Finally, I got to wear it on my trip to Ireland last December. I used it as my travel/airport jacket as well. I am happy with my purchase!

Very impressed with the service, ordered and received within a couple of days, delivered to me in Hertfordshire (UK). Even came with a personal hand written thank you note, just how customer service used to be, beautifully wrapped and packaged, I wish you good luck for the future.

Purchased a Barbour jacket which was perfect and the only online store that had this item in stock. Incredibly fast delivery to Ireland (ordered Monday arrived Wednesday) and arrived in time for Christmas. A note as a thank you was such a lovely personal touch. Highly recommend & will definitely shop here again.
