Silverbirch Pet Jets

Really difficult to get a response to e-mails. Once they did respond our specific questions were not addressed. Two days before leaving the states, we were told our kennel was not approved. We had sent pics and dimensions in at least 2 months prior and could have fixed this much earlier and for less money. We had family in town and instead of enjoying our family we were out shopping for a new kennel.There was little explanation of the process and when provided, it was very last minute.

Silver Birch helped us ship our cat from England to Hawaii. As both locations have heavy restrictions for pet health, I was worried that we might face challenges in effectively shipping our little guy. However, with Silver Birch’s help, the process was incredibly smooth. They eased my fears and provided expert service through the entire process. I can’t thank them enough for their patience and guidance! Thanks to their guidance and expertise, our cat has arrived safe and sound and was eligible to skip quarantine all-together in Hawaii!

I second what another reviewer said--the staff is either rude or completely incompetent. It was easy to book, but then when I had questions they wouldn't reply or if they did, they didn't answer the question even if black and white. Asked for a refund in accordance with their policy and I had to get USAA involved in order to get my refund due to lack of communication--two months later! We ended up using the airline provided kennel service, which didn't cost any extra and was so easy, they fixed the multi-week long nightmare Silver Birch caused in just a day in through two emails!

I could not be more happy with the services provided by Silverbirch, both the PetJet service and kennel services. Silverbirch has an amazing and friendly staff. I never once felt uncomfortable leaving my GSD with them. I could not recommend them more for your pet travel and kenneling needs!

Moved from Japan to England. Used them to help sort things out on the UK side. Also used their transportation service. Could I have arranged it all myself and saved a few hundred bucks? Sure, but trying to arrange it all from the other side of the world wasn't particularly easy. If I ever leave the UK and return, I'd be tempted to do it myself.Overall, they were a great help and did quite a bit of coordination with the ARC that I wouldn't have had time to do myself.

Absolutely amazing experience. Had to fly my 6.8Kg Mainecoon from London to LA. SilverBirch went above and beyond for my beloved cat. They picked her up at a kennel after I already flew out of country. They build a sturdy comfortable crate that was good size for a larger cat. They kept in constant contact through it all from pick up to drop off. They had someone in LA pick her up and bring her to my new house as at the time I didn’t have transportation. I highly suggest to all movers to go through these guys.

Pets arrived as advertised . They made the customs exsperiance painless!
