We moved into the house in good condition. When they re did the kitchen we had rent refunded for the duration of the work. If anything was broken or not working it was fixed within the week. We got all of our deposit back. No issues at all and a lovely house.

I have just finished a great year of tenancy with PC properties. The house was perfectly maintained and as advertised. The service has been perfect, being understanding of student loan dates, allowing us to adjust our rent payment dates in order to fit. The maintenance to the house was always prompt. I would highly recommend renting from PC properties.

PC Properties have been amazing! The property was very clean and well maintained when I moved in. The service throughout the year has been fantastic – emails were replied to very quickly and any issues were fixed promptly. Everyone at the agency has been incredibly helpful and treated me with the utmost respect. This agency truly cares about their tenants, and I cannot praise them enough! The best agency in Sheffield – highly recommend PC Properties.

I signed with PC Properties for my second year at university and have just extended my tenancy for another year as I love the house so much. Peter and Colette have been the most attentive landlords that we could have hoped for and have responded to any issues very quickly. They are easy to communicate with and always ready to help. I had an amazing experience with the family of pc properties. Peter was there for whatever we needed and the entire team was very involved and kind. The property i lived in was at a very convenient position from uni, and while that usually means it should be expensive or worn down, it had the whole package for such low value. I would 100% recommend using pc properties for a lovely sheffield experience.

I very much enjoyed my tenancy with PC properties and would definitely recommend them further. The whole team is very friendly and always check up on you. They are always available to fix any issues and maintain the house in a very good condition. I was very grateful for the brand new utility room and refurbishing of the kitchen where we had rent refunded for the duration of the work. Overall a great experience and appreciate all their hard work!
