Peninsula Pools completely refurbished our pool and the results have been amazing. They tackled the leaky pipes with expertise, fixing and re-piping where needed ensuring the pool was free of any issues.The addition of a new liner gave our pool a fresh new look. They installed a state of the air handling system to replace the old uneconomical one.They also replaced the unusable old spa bath with a modern more luxurious one giving us a go to spot to relax.There exceptional service doesn't stop with the installation, though. Peninsula Pools continues to impress with their fortnightly pool servicing. It's a huge relief knowing that our pool is being well-maintained, and any issues that arise are promptly addressed. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and always eager to ensure that our pool is in its best conditionIn summary we couldn’t be happier with Peninsula Pools.

Despite spending thousands on a complete refit of pool machinery, they refuse to come back when you run into problems. They do not contact you back even though they say they will.

Fantastic work. Total commitment.I had a new liner fitted by them. Liner arrived very quickly and the job was booked in immediately. Price was extremely competitive to any other quote we had had.My job turned into a nightmare due to my ground conditions and low water pressure. These guys didn't bat an eyelid. Stayed till the early ours on a Friday night / Saturday morning just to make sure the job was done right.Multiple follow up visits over the weekend.Very knowledgeable, and loads of free advice. Always got back to me very promptly. A pleasure to deal with.The best measure of a company is how they deal with things when they go wrong and these guys had the right mix of experience and work ethic to get the job done. I was impressed!Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I won't be using anyone else in the future now I've found them. Can't rate them highly enough!

The team at Peninsula had their work cut out for them from the start. We were on the verge of filling in the pool after countless letdowns and broken promises and being 18 mths into what was supposed to be a few weeks work to improve our pool, we had been left with uneven steps and a leak. Mark helped us to put that behind us and took an approach that gave us confidence before the work even began. We got a timetable and confirmation of when and what things would happen. As the job progressed we received great advice and design choices (including a fantastic suggestion of adding a custom built ledge) Wes, who was with us most days, deserves a special mention because his patience was amazing as he explained all processes and options (repeatedly for my benefit)He never batted an eyelid even when we changed the plans overnight meaning he had to remove and redo work. Great professional service from start to finish, would highly recommend Peninsula Pools.

Making the decision as to which company to use was huge. Delighted to say that I had peace of mind as soon as I started to work with the team at Peninsula Pools. Our main contact throughout the project was Chris and he was always knowledgeable, helpful and timely with his responses. The Company has a fantastic team including Directors, Admin Staff and on site Engineers. Nothing was ever too much of a problem and between us all, we progressed smoothly from Architect's drawings to enjoying the finished product.
