Kingstar Service Ltd are always punctual to respond and with any query, issue problems. Fixing said queries, issues, problems in an acceptable time frame. Today being a case in point. Query solved with in 30 mins of first contact.Having used Phillip, Kingstar for years, probably over a decade, I have never needed or wanted to go anywhere else to seek computer advice or solve maintenance or repair issues. I will continue to use Kingstar well into the future.

Had our telephone services switched to digital using our existing Toob fibre broadband instead of our BT copper lines after suffering with years of noise on the lines and no fix from BT.Kingstar upgraded us to the exact specifications we asked for without trying to upsell us and on a monthly rolling contract with free calling including for a third of what we were paying BT.Highly recommended to anyone who needs a local company and can't decide with all the options out there.
