I have trained Tai Chi Qigong and shared experiences of the martial arts with Sifu Boggie (Paul) Since 2010. He is a true master of the art and a master of healing and wellbeing. The experience is immersive and tailored to the individual where you grow in knowledge and self awareness. I could not recommend him more and any opportunity to learn with him should not be missed.

I can totally recommend Sifu’s head neck back and shoulder acupressure massages. I was struggling with stress and anxiety so taking time out for me was just what I needed to help cope through a difficult family time. I was suffering with panic attacks and migraine and felt instant relief.
