The team @OTS always provides our business with an excellent customer service, making the process of getting the customs declarations pain-free and in a record speed, too. It seems as if there's always at least one designated person watching over the inbox -whenever I email them, I get a reply within 10-15 minutes max and I don't think it's ever taken me more than 30 minutes to get the MRN or advice whenever I need one on anything customs-related. They have what I value the most - excellent communication skills and the knowledge. It's a solid company and I recommend them 100%. Thank you! And keep up the good work :)
