Jonathan carried out a tree condition survey for me on two large beech trees just inside my neighbour's boundary that were encroaching over my property. I was concerned over several visibly diseased branches that I was worried were in danger of falling, and the fact that some branches were touching my roof.Jonathan was able to work around times when the neighbour was happy for him to gain access to his property, and produced a very thorough report - following my brief to point out any detrimental aspects that were a potential danger to my property, as well as providing an overall health report on the trees.I have since had the recommended tree work carried by an approved ARB Contractor, who followed Jonathan's report, and am very happy now that a potential threats have been removed.Jonathan will also come back now that the trees are in leaf to check that he is happy with the outcome, as a part of the service he provides.

Jonathan was recommended by a local tree surgeon to carry out a detailed inspection of some trees, given concerns about their safety. I found him to be responsive and punctual. He took time to examine the trees and to understand the potential issues with them. This was reflected in a thorough report which he sent to the council on my behalf. I do not yet know the decision of the council but I am confident that, through Jonathan, the case was made as succinctly as possible. Planning requirements stipulated the need for a report from an experienced arboriculturist. We obtained a few quotes and JAG Arb Consultancy were the most competitive. Jonathan was quick to respond, punctual on arrival. He was very professional and worked over the trees and surrounding area to assess the impacts of our planned building proposal. A full detailed report was produced just a few days later so we were able to continue with our application with minimal time disruption.
