The administrator for my former employer filed my claim and I was paid in full after just three weeks.

Another Government Department that has no idea. Back in January 2016 I was sent a letter from these people telling me that they owe me £20 and it would arrive within 6 weeks of the letter, WRONG" nothing

The entrance is next to Snow + Rock, the security guard has very poor English. I.e. he has learned to say Yes, No and Can I see your ID. Having visited in the last month I twice went into the reception and asked IF the HM Insolvency Service was in this building, Twice I was told NO.I noticed the staff entering had ID badges and asked them, YES I was in the correct building.The HM staff said Oh his English is very poor

What is the point of a phone number on the web site if nobody answers it. No message , no sorry we are busy just ring and ring and ring then it just cuts off. One is then having to use their message enquiry system which informs you it may take 15 working days. I guess it is an improvement on the reply im waiting for after i wrote to them at the end of last year.. corvid 19 or not it really is a poor show
