Thank you so so much for all the deep healing you have provided and facilitated for me, on so many different levels! For the first time in memory (and I think probably ever) I have a jaw that is in alignment! I can’t believe how much difference this has made, almost entirely eliminating migraines, so much less tension and pain in my face and jaw, which also helped loosen up and release a lot of other tension and pain in the rest of my body, like my hips and back, I no longer grind my teeth away in my sleep! Thank you Annette for fixing my posture and spinal alignment, its so much more freeing being able to walk upright in the correct posture. My biggest thanks and most immense gratitude however is for the incredibly safe, nurturing and gentle environment you create, helping for the first time properly to be able to release a lot of emotional burdens and work through that pain, everything about the space you create is beautiful and conducive to true healing. Healing with you freed me from a lot of the physical pain I had been experiencing because of years of CFS/fibromyalgia and created space to heal the emotional pain I couldn’t deal with before. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, thank you, thank you.

I have been to see Annette for Bowen therapy a few times now and every time has been a pleasant experience. I suffer with back/hip pain from my job and Iv also had many sporting injuries including sciatic issues. Every time I see Annette I am immediately put at ease, she has a very professional manor and I very much look forward to any sessions. Would highly recommend to all!

I have been visiting Annette for over 10 years now and find her skill and knowledge for dealing with my different ailments has always helped and improved my complaints. I started with massages and now at Annette’s suggestion that Bowen would be even more beneficial I regularly visit for that. She is very professional and puts you immediately at ease with her carefully thought out questions and caring manner. I have nothing but praise for her and look forward to each visit.

Annette is a wonderfully kind and caring therapist. Her room is incredibly comfortable and relaxing and she is very easy to talk to and share potentially difficult things with. She has helped me with my back and hip pain through massage and Bowen. I was initially a bit skeptical about Bowen treatments but have found them very beneficial in bringing pain relief. I have found Annette to be very generous with her time and thorough in her diagnosis of the issues that are presenting. I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

Annette hasn’t just helped me in the time I have been seeing her, she has literally changed my life- cliche I know- but since Annette has helped with my back issues, I sleep better, I can hold a conversation standing up for more than 30 seconds! I can do my job better (a builder) and now!! I have climbed Ben Nevis which I have always wanted to do, I done a tandom skydive recently too! Things I could never have done without Annette’s help.
