Edit: I have changed this review to a 5 star after the guys reached out and tried to make things right. I've d to keep my switch lite as it is a very nice console.If I'm still this impressed in 12 months, I'll get an OLED from igame.I've been coming here since I was a little boy and these guys always look after their customers and are happy to go the extra mile to help.Best prices bar none and if things do go wrong, they will always try to make things right

Had a great experience selling my 2 items in this store. Everyone was professional and gave me a more than reasonable valuation for my items. Would recommend this shop over CEX to buy or sell.

Been coming to this place since it was in the mall like 12-15 years ago, know the owner for years as a customer. Always been looked after, they have great prices and they beat CEX for trade ins. I bought Mortal Kombat 1 yesterday from them and ended up staying in the store for another 1.5hrs having a chat about games etc. Lovely staff and service 10/10.

Amazing shop I'll definitely be back again, I collect Resident evil merchandise and the man working there offered to sell some resident evil 8 boxes he had! As a collector this made my dayHe also added a free gift poster(RE8) with my purchase10/10 service but as for the shop itself, it's very clean and organised, everything was displayed nicely(shop floor and the glass cabinets)so there were no troubles finding what I was looking forAlso the price stickers are very easy to peel off which is niceHighly recommend and can't wait toshop here again
