From as soon as we walked in on our visit we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. Ben was brilliant to deal with. He was patient with us and kept us up to date regularly with any updates leading up to us collecting our car. He was happy to work around our very tight and hectic schedule without any bother. He showed us through all the features of the car (even with him getting wet through in the rain) it didn’t bother him in the slightest and he provided top service throughout. Would highly recommend, and would happily deal with Ben again.

Visited Evans Halshaw Horsforth 5th Dec. MOT As always the staff (Will) were warm and welcoming. Professional in their explanations regarding the process. Coffee and a mince pie along with some light hearted banter ensured the waiting passed quickly and pleasantly. A pass on the MOT and a clean shining car as well. Thank you

I am treated as an individual and my questions and concerns are listened to. As a female, dealing with garages can be quite a challenge, not so with the Horsforth Team.
