Eastern Garage Doors

This job was the replacement of some old wooden doors on my car port/garage with new roller doors. The job itself as not straight-forward as it involved some rebuilding of the structure surrounding the door area, in addition to the main job of fitting a new overhead roller door. The survey was completed very efficiently - and just under 2 months later, the job itself was completed in an exemplary fashion. The quality of workmanship was to a high standard, the job started on time and ran as planned, and the guys carrying out the job were extremely helpful and considerate. Overall, excellent. Having lived in a property with a garage to the rear which didn’t lock (well, didn’t have a key for it) we decided that after 15 Years it was time to do something about it.Having looked through Yell.com and various other portals looking for reputable companies to get quotes from, we chose Eastern Garage Doors.A simple process of filling out an online form and before we knew it, Adam the surveyor was calling to arrange a viewing. A few days later and having measured up and answering our questions, a door was ordered and a deposit (they ask for 50%) paid for.A follow up email from the company then followed advising us of delivery and fitting dates, up to 8 weeks supply was quoted.Anyway, having placed the order on April 16th we received a phone call on the 4th May asking when would be convenient to install the door.So a day later and we are now the proud owners of a new secure garage door professionally fitted and demonstrated by Patrick, who took the old door away and left site clean and tidy.Would we recommend Eastern Garage Doors? - Yes, why wouldn’t we. Very professional from 1st contact to completion.One very satisfied customer with a wife who can now operate the garage door without swearing.

All their staff were helpful and communicative every step of the way.
