I rang this morning at 9.30 in desperate need of fuel. By 11.15 the tank had arrived and had filled me up. Both the telephone operator and the delivery driver were friendly and helpful. Thank you for such efficient and friendly service. You saved my bacon!

Always helpful and friendly. The drivers are particularly careful and considerate when doing the actual delivery. Prices are competitive and supply is prompt, and if you don't abuse the privilege, Pickstock will respond to a request for urgent delivery - my fault for not ordering enough in advance.

Called up and 2 hours later they arrived (I live middle of nowhere). Insisted I made sure the boiler worked before leaving, and thankfully too as it still didn’t fire up. However the technician said it was a simple fix and did it for me at no extra charge (saving me an engineer callout!). Will be using again for sure!

So polite on the phone when ordering or general advise . . Always deliver on time . Best price about . The man who fills our oil tank is so polite too . Wouldn't go anywhere else . So happy with this company .

Very very good. Woke up at 7.30am on a Saturday to find out I'd ran out of oil, called them at 8am, by 1.30pm they had delivered 500 liters at a very good price, I will certainly be using them again. Thank you, great service.

I cannot thank the lady I spoke to on the phone or Jason the delivery driver enough, for the truly outstanding service we received.We required heating oil as an emergency, as we had been told by an engineer that had been out that morning, that our gauge was faulty and we had run out of heating oil and that was the reason our boiler was not firing up.Not only did they deliver a few hours after the order was placed, much to my surprise, after ringing around several other providers who couldn't/wouldn't deliver at such short notice, they didn't even bump the price up astronomically like many other companies I had called either.Jason the delivery driver had a look at the tank dipped a stick in and advised us that the information provided by the engineer was incorrect, there was in fact, lots of oil in the tank, the gauge was fine, he even asked if we still required the order. He went so far out of his way to help us and resolved our problem, I simply cannot thank him enough. He cleaned out the filter with a toothbrush, bled the boiler and low and behold, it fired up and has been fine since.I cannot thank, nor recommend them highly enough. I won't be going anywhere else for my heating oil in future.

Second time I have writen a review in my life, promted by excellent customer service. Just moved into the area, tempratures plummeting, very low on heating oil, spoke to the office who organised a delivery the next day. Driver arrived when epected and was polite and very helpful.Thank you

Fantastic service! Called at 8.30 pm (didn't actually expect anyone to answer!) in desperation as my newborn premature grandson was coming home from the hospital the following day and the oil had just run out. James was absolutely brilliant, had oil delivered at 7.45 the next morning and a nice warm house for the new arrival to come home to. I can't thank James enough, amazing service that I highly recommend.

Incredible service! James Pickstock Ltd went above and beyond to make sure we had oil on a very cold night. I rang up before 9am on a Friday as our oil light was flashing and we were forecast very cold weather, I was worried that we would have no heat over the weekend. The lady on the phone reassured me they'd be with us by Monday. BUT they were with us before end of play on Friday. Thank you so much. We are extremely grateful for your service.
