Rob from ACS was superb. We didn't know which AC system would suit our space but he guided us through the products and advised us accordingly. No sales push. He emailed all the relevant information after his visit with no pressure to buy.Throughout the process communication was excellent.Installation was straightforward and not at all disruptive. The guys who installed were a credit to the company, informative, tidy and polite.Delighted with the end product. Couldn't have been happier thoughout my dealings with ACS. I am a support worker for a vulnerable person and they were nothing but helpful and accommodating of his needs.When it came to the installation the guys turned up when we were expecting them and we're friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and explained clearly what they were going to be doing. They were quick and cleaned up well after themselves.

Another excellent experience with ACS. We originally had air conditioning fitted in our bedroom, which has convinced us to have it fitted downstairs in our open-plan living room. As before, a really clean, professional job. Looks as good inside as outside. Works just as it should, and can't wait for the summer, though the heating mode does work very well too. Thanks.
