Adele was great to work with, professional and committed to delivering our product on time and went out of their way to make this happen for us. These guys are worth hunting out, tucked away in Gateshead in modest surroundings but with all the passion and customer service you would expect from the very best.Once we spoke with Dave about buying a worktop it was obvious he knows his stuff; his knowledge and enthusiasm is amazing and once you go to RO Surfaces you won't go anywhere else. They stock a great range of materials and colours at good prices.Even a last minute change of mind by us did not cause any problems, our worktop arrived on time and cut precisely. Unfortunately when it was laid it was obvious the wholesaler had sent mixed batches with different shades. No problem, we chose another batch and it was all replaced in a few days with no fuss.Dave and Keira are a great team and RO Surfaces provide excellent quality at great prices with top class service thrown in for free.

Dave and the team at RO Surfaces installed quartz kitchen worktops, upstands and a splashback including to an island. Dealing with RO from start to finish was incredibly easy with the team being helpful throughout. The finished product was fantastic with the installation process being seamless. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for specialist surfaces and will continue to use in the future.

We contacted Dave to update our kitchen by removing and spraying the doors , spraying the leading edges, replacing the worktops and splashbacks and replacing the flooring. Dave travelled over from Gateshead to Langholm in Dumfriesshire because we couldn't find anyone local who could do all the work and he did a brilliant job. I seriously thought that it would be difficult because of the travelling but for Dave it was not a problem , Infact nothing was a problem any snags that arose (its a 150 year old house) Dave took everything in his stride. I could not recommend Dave highly enough , infact i am looking around the house to see what Dave could do next.I would also add that James who worked alongside Dave was also brilliant , 2 of the hardest working most decent tradesmen that i have ever encountered.If you are thinking about new kitchen, bathroom or bedroom and can get to Dave's showroom in Newcastle i wouldn't hesitate to recommend RO Surfaces , you wont regret it!

Absolutely over the moon with the work these guys have done. They made my fitted wardrobes from scratch and sprayed the drawers/bedside tables to match.The quality of the work is outstanding and they have been an absolute pleasure to work with.I will definitely be coming back to these guys for future jobs on my bathroom/kitchen etc5 *****

After a couple of miscommunications between the kitchen designer and RO Surfaces we eventually got exactly what we wanted.. it’s a lovely job and we are very happy with the end result. Only wish we had gone direct to RO and that would have saved some hassle and additional expense .. Thank you Dave and the team

Dave and the chaps have done an excellent job on my kitchen. The pre existing units were fine but the worktop was awful - and had to go! A beautiful granite replacement was duly fitted at a fair price and with the minimum of fuss, I recommend this company wholeheartedly. Matthew Bell 11.2017

Brilliant service from David and his team. We knew when we first enquired and were really well looked after by David’s wife that we were in safe hands. Great advice on which worktop we should go for and quick turnaround too. All of this on top of a worktop that really looks great.
