Great place to go for a haircut; my wife and I have been clients of Joanne's for over 20 years and have followed her from Newcastle to Ashington which says it all and we would heartily recommend anyone to pay her a visit. I always look 10 years younger after one of her cuts.

worst hairdressers in Northumberland. they are just a joke. they have staff on maternity leave and regular customers are being let down and given false promises. I've supposedly been on the cancellation list since mid November despite ringing each week still no appointment. it was an excellent hairdressers. and now it's a joke. they have put some little robotic muppet on the desk to handle enquiries .they were happy enough to take cash from regulars until now and they expect people to put up with this carry on. well not me there's better hairdressers in Ashington and me for one will never remain loyal to one hairdressers again.
