Precision Plumbing Solutions

I have tried to contact this plumber over the past 2 days for a quote that I desperately need. I have left messages on both occasions for them to call me back, which they have not done. Will not be trying them again, nor would I recommend them. Not good customer service. Disappointing, as they seem to have a lot of good reviews...

Bill and his team at Precision Plumbing were excellent. They gave me a great deal for boiler repair and managed to fix it quickly and effectively. Would recommend to anyone that has issues with their heating system

Google is not letting me add another review, only to amend my original review over 2 years ago - but I wish to add another review for new works - I had a leaking cistern, called Bill, he came on time and when he said he would, identified the issue, gave me a price and then fitted a new concealed cistern (where the old one had become very brittle and parts cracked off). After he left, I noticed that the facing was a little loose, he came back without any issues and added a new fitting. Precision Plumbing is trustworthy, skilled and they take pride in their work and customer service. I can only again speak highly of Bills work and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others. He also does replacement central heating. Fantastic Plumber and Central Heating Consultant. I have used Precision Plumbing for many years now, they have never let me down. They are there exactly when they say they will be there and they always get the job done. I highly recommend these guys.

Bill came out to install our water heater and did a fantastic job. He was prompt and friendly. He is very professional and explained the options of having a tankless or traditional hot water tank. He took the time to make sure things were done correctly, rather than just getting it done as fast as possible! We definitely would recommend his gas heating services to anyone!

I had spoke with Bill to receive a quote and he advised me to send an email. In my email I asked some additional questions such as the boiler make that would be used, the recommended brand between the options, the warranty details and conditions. I had also asked to confirm a complimentary service agreed to over the phone.Their email response did not address the questions I had around the boiler and had suggested a fee for the additional service. I put this down to miscommunication, which I tried to clarify. The remainder of the week I had been chasing to receive the additional information and an invoice to begin work.Frustrated that I had not received a response I had called back the following week and spoke with Bill again.I explained the above situation to Bill and had asked for his advice on the boiler, as I had tried to receive in my email. Bill became defensive and dismissive and had asked me to check the boiler company website. I asked Bill why he couldn’t advise since they deal with these boilers regularly and are considered experts.I understand that they don’t supply and are not obligated to provide advice, however as part of a costly service it is not unreasonable to expect a little advice. Bill's response and handling of this call was inexcusable and is the basis of my negative review.Bills manner became increasingly dismissive and he responded (paraphrased), “you’re better off going to another service as we don’t want to deal with customers’ like you”.His response was completely unacceptable and rude considering I am also paying towards their contract to inspect our boilers as part of our apartment service charge. I.e. I'm an existing customer.Bill doesn't like being asked too many questions and evidently becomes defensive as a result. Subsequently I have recommended to my management company that they not renew their contract with said company.For your information, and in-case he tries going ''cowboy'' when quoting you, Bill quoted me £1,900 for a new hot water boiler cylinder install (note: water only). This was for either a 'Telford tempest slimline 200L' or 'Joule' brand.

Good service. I live around, so the team appeared within 40 min and fixed my sink in 10 min. The price was reasonable for the market, especially for such service. Would call them again.

Bill helped us with 2 leaking cistern and a malfunctionining shower thermostat. The team are efficient, reliable, friendly and take pride in their work. I would highly recommend them for good quality and good value work. Just send a message through their contact info on their website and let them take care of the rest.
