We ordered our carpet from Pat who seemed friendly and knowledgeable. Carpet was installed today by Mick & Dave. They did a good job but there was a lot of fluffy everywhere and they said they don’t hover after the job has completed which is a shame. I managed to hover it all up but took me a good 30mins. Surly they could provide this little extra service if they did I would have given them 5 stars. I think they were in a rush to go onto their next job!

Went here on recommendation of a friend and it didn't disappoint. Pat is a real character and will go the xtra mile to make sure he gets you the right carpets to fit with what you want within your price range. Got good quality carpets for two large rooms and a stairway at a great price. The standard of fitring is excellent too. Will definitely use again

If possible would have given 4 & a half stars. Only reason I didn't was fitter had to leave early & I had to clear up a lot. Laminate & carpet fitted. Great service & great price. Priced a lot better than local branch of a major chain of carpet shops

The service and carpet we received from Pat and his fitters was incredible. Such good customer service and communication from start to finish, and the carpet itself was great quality and value for money. We will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family, and also will be back in the future should we ever need his services again.

I wanted a quality carpet that looked good and felt nice to walk on and that’s exactly what I got, better still all members of staff were knowledgeable, gave good advice and managed to work around my decorating schedule perfectly. I was so pleased with the carpet in the bedroom and the fitting of it bang on time I went and got the other bedrooms done and the landing and staircase. Over the moon with the staff, product quality, fitting, service and look of it all now it’s complete.

What a fantastic little shop, first time I have used it but got a fantastic roll of carpet that was already there at a low price. Shop owner lovely bloke, was a bit of comedian which I love. Billy the fitter another nice bloke. Highly recommend we all use this shop on Pickford lane. I won’t be going anywhere else. Donna

The service and carpet we received from Pat and his fitters was absolutely TERRIBLE. Such horrendous customer service and communication from start to finish, adding additional costs every step of the way.NOT GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY. it had taken over a month for my floors to be fitted with so many excuses. I wish I had never acquired Pat's services as I have found an actual professional to re-do what was asked of Pat.A very very poor service and would not recommend.
