It's tough to give this place a bad rating when the staff are so uber friendly and customer-focused, but the one gripe I have with this place is the dirty cutlery.One of the rare occasions when I actually have a cake and I had to send the cutlery back only for it to be replaced with just as dirty knife, fork and spoon.Sort the dishwasher, and you can get your 5 star review.

I have a complaint.When I rang the number on their Google page I got a message saying they don't answer the phone.When I filled up their contact form on their website I couldn't get it to send. So let's tell the world.I visited this outlet on 1 Feb 2023 at 5.00pm. About a third of the tables were occupied. Despite this on of the two female employees was bustling about cleaning the seating area, restocking the condiments station and dismantling the displays of food in front of the counter. Throughout my stay 40 minute stay she had a large table from the middle of the room upturned on a settee. It looked dangerous and unsightly and I felt very uncomfortable.

I don't really use Costa all that often as I'm not a coffee drinker, but from what I have noticed when meeting with clients this store has a welcoming atmosphere and the staff are always polite. It's been so busy that there's nowhere to sit but there's always a fair few people in there which to me is a good indication of how good a place is.

The staff in this branch are probably the friendliest in any! Welcoming, friendly and always a bit of a chat.The usual great quality coffee and food you'd expect
