Had a much needed treatment session with the lovely Alaina this week. Thoroughly enjoyed the Indian head massage and reflexology. I felt at ease, very relaxed and pampered. Definitely won't be my last session. Thank you so much :-)

Alaina is so welcoming and her lovely room is very relaxing. I have been lucky enough to receive both reflexology and an Indian head massage, she’s easy to talk to and really knows what she’s doing and talking about. Can’t wait to come back.

Alaina makes you feel very welcome and comfortable in the hub, I feel I can relax and let go completely and put a pause on my normal thoughts.It is difficult to describe just how many parts of your feet can be massaged in so many ways it is quite surprising. It left me realising just how much punishment we give our feet every day and yet how amazingly receptive, responsive and grateful they are to some professional care and attention!A good place to do something just for yourself, and see where your thoughts take you.

The big question - when you’re run off your feet, what do you need? A treat for-sure but what is a treat for a grown woman with very little spare time??For me, a real treat is visiting The Holistic Hub! The whole experience feels like it’s just for me and both my physical and mental well-being. The surroundings are serene and so peaceful. Alaina is the kindest and most genuine therapist. Afterwards, I feel wonderful, pampered and listened to!As a busy mum, it’s such a joy to feel like someone is looking after me for a change!!Thank you so much!! JemmaXXX
