Our first visit today I was pleased I chose this nice homely veterinary practice. Stephen was lovely he explained everything as he went along. Lulu my little Chug was a little nervous but Stephen was very gentle and made Lulu ( and myself) relax she even ate the little treat he gave her before we left the practice obviously checked if that was OK before giving it to her. Very good they help me with my pet rat

This amazing team looked after my springer spaniel throughout his 15 years. They were always kind, always patient, and always professional. We are looking forward to another 15 years of collective care with our new pup!

Have been with Alfold vets since 2009 , the best vets around , have had 3 dogs and 2 cats with them and has given me some brilliant treatment ! And have saved my dogs a couple of times !!

Need to be seen ASAP, and although they were run off there feet, they still managed to see my very poorly beautiful German Shepard. I cannot tell you how special this vets is to us. And certainly can't sing there praise loude enough.

Friendly well-respected vet with all-female staff - although there was a man there for a short while some time ago!Very small premises so, with COVID around, owners can not go inside but are met outside the door and their pet is taken in. So take an umbrella! Small parking area.

I took my Boxer dog to Alfold Veterinary Surgery. Great place with plenty of parking, really kind attentive staff and vet. Well priced. Would recommend.

I cannot express how truly wonderful Alfold vets are, they work tirelessly, go the extra mile, are so very caring, Lizzie and her team are a real credit to vets in general, nurses and how veterinary teams should work and run. Robyn is a wonderful nurse, so I must give her a mention as well. Lizzie has been looking after and taking care of my families pets for over 20 years and the care has never been below 5 stars ever! My family and I feel privileged to be registered with the vets, they don't just take care of your dogs and cats, they also take special care of rabbits, chickens etc... and have such knowledge in these fields. So, thank you all for how you have looked after our beautiful animals over the year, been so awfully kind when we have sadly lost pets with your personal touches by sending cards and also for saving pets that have been poorly. We always feel so reassured if our pets have to be left with the team and that they truly have the extra special care always provided. Thank you all, keep up the superb work!!
