Kwik Move

I used Kwik Move previously about 4/5 years ago and was astounded by their work then so came back a second time recently.Although some staff members had changed the service was still exceptional - Richard came out to survey my property and give me a quotation initially so the first face I saw I immediately recognized and it put me at ease straight away.With the unknown of covid lately, moving house isn't the easiest thing to do right now but Kwik Move made it a lot easier for me, I'd say if it wasn't for them my stress levels would have been very high but nothing seemed to phase them as they had experience with most things.They have a policy not to book until you exchange as this saves hassle for all parties. In light of covid we had to exchange and complete on the same day but they have a cancellation waiver in place for things like this.We took out the waiver but luckily didn't need to use it as our move went ahead smoothly on the day but we knew it was there just incase which was very reassuring. We moved a lot of stuff directly to our new property, some to Kwik Move store and some to the tip. Everything went to the correct places with no confusion.We have had no issues or damages that we know of so far and we have unpacked everything in the house. I have also been to the warehouse in Brislington to collect an item from store and saw how great the rest of my things are wrapped up and packed up. I have attached pictures of my piano and a few other things to show how well it is packed.If you want a first class service for your removal then Kwik move is right for you. I would also like to thank Mica and Gary in the office for always being so helpful, nothing was ever too much effort.Amazing service, would definitely come back again and have already recommended to all of my friends family and neighbors! :)

The Kwik Move team arrived on time and, after a short introduction, set to work in loading our household effects into their vehicles. They willingly and happily packed many items which weren't in packing boxes. They were very methodical and tided up as they went along. I have no problem in recommending Kwik Move as an excellent removals company. Thank you.

Faultless service from the initial quote to placing the final box of the 120 or so plus dismantling and reassembling the furniture. This is our second move with Kwik Move and we can wholeheartedly recommend there service.

Cannot rate this firm highly enough! We have used this company 4 times since 2016 and each time everything was handled professionally and efficiently - wouldn't hesitate to use again should the need arise (for work or personally). Coming from a removals background myself, I'm only too aware how stressful a move can be and what can go wrong. Absolutely no stress and everything went off without a hitch. On one of the hottest days of the year, the crew stayed positive and worked really hard to keep on track. A good job well done Cory and Rich.

The Kwikmove team listened well to our needs and provided an exceptional service from the start, at a very fair price. The men who moved us were friendly and helpful, polite and professional. They made the two days manageable. Their laughter, whilst they worked so very hard (It was not an easy move), relieved a lot of tension for us. They were a lovely bunch and so efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Kwik Move stepped in to save the day for our home move. After being let down by another competitor removal company with three days left before moving house, they were able to squeeze us in and accommodate us with little notice. They provided an excellent packing and removals service and would highly recommend them to all those considering them. Successfully moved from Brislington to Yate on 31st June.

Recently used Kwik move, not impressed at all! Was expensive but thought we never needed to lift a finger so wanted no stress on the day, one driver was late and most of the boxes/bags myself and family members had to take up and down stairs to load all morning! I paid for convenience and no stress and we ended up moving most of the items ourself's which defeated the whole object to why we paid £700 for a removal company! I could had hired a van myself for a faction of the cost if I knew we had to lift and load our own bags. Appalling service, basically I paid a premium price and lifted and loaded our own items all morning at both ends! Not once did either driver say they would take over! Lazy and expensive ....do not use this company, don't add stress to your removal day!!

I cannot fault this service, the team from start to finish really did a fab job. So understanding with changes on dates and the long distance involved over a 2 day move, very responsive to my many panic phone calls and looked after me and all my worldly goods. Right on Christmas week too.If I am ever brave enough to move again I would choose Kwik Move. Thank you from the office to to movers a great job.

The packing and removal team from Kwickmove were not only friendly but very professional. The day we moved was a stormy wet day, we also had a huge delay in collecting the keys to our new home. However the team were simply amazing, this didn’t dampen their spirits at all and because the team worked so well together every thing ran like clockwork once we did receive the keys.
