called Dave regarding an urgent repair required to a recent house purchase, he was helpful and knew exactly how to deal with the issue, and scheduled to carry out the works a few days later, the price estimate supplied verbally during initial phone enquiry was accurate and charged as stated after works were carried out, all work was completed perfectly and the site was left cleaner than before he even arrived,,,100% recommended and will use in the future..

Dave has done a couple of jobs for me now. They’re always done well, when he says they’ll be done and for a reasonable price

I cannot recommend Guisborough Property Maintenance (David) enough. His work is absolutely brilliant. He arrives when he says he will, he charges a very fair price and the quality of his workmanship is second to none. David has done several different jobs for us (decorating, shed roof, hanging cupboards, guttering repairs, plumbing in, window glass replacement, plus more) and always to the same high standards. He has a wealth of experience which has meant that he has suggested ways to do jobs that we would never have thought of. He never fails to get jobs done efficiently with smart results. He never leaves any mess and is a lovely friendly, honest chap.

After trying to get someone to rectify and finish the work done on my bathroom , I finally found Dave. He is not only a very nice person he works to a very high standard and charges very reasonable rates.

Guisborough Property Maintenance recently repointed my chimney. They arrived on time, the price was very reasonable and an excellent job was done. Its not easy finding good, reliable, honest tradesman these days but I can highly recommend them for a job well done.
