Shocking communication. Didn't provide quote, took a week of chasing. Didn't return calls and didn't respond to a single email. Got 2 stars are the gentleman that did our survey was very nice and helpful but it stopped there. Straightforward job but went elsewhere due to total lack of communication

We purchased a fire and surround from Colin and from start to finish the service was first class, I would recommend this company to anyone the price was very good also not as expensive as other suppliers.

Had a heta woodburning fire/stove fitted today and I've got to say I'm 100% happy with the outcome, after shopping around locally I was really impressed with how honest and down to earth this company was from the start, showroom staff/owner was really helpful and guided us down the right path, the two guys who installed where very professional and honestly did an amazing job, they also left the house spotless when they finished. Would highly highly recommend this company. Thanks John

We purchased a Heta log burner, which we are delighted with. The staff were extremely helpful and answered all our questions in store. Installation was quick and efficient with no mess. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend The Fire and Stove Co.

Paul and Luke , were the guys who fitted out Gas Log Burner, Both guys kept us informed throughout the project, the workmanship was tip top, we covered our furniture but Paul also covered most areas they even cleaned up after the work was complete. So in all thanks guys for a superb job keep it up .also a massive thanks to Colin, Gary and Trisha, at the showroom , Peter and Ann Litherland.

They made life so easy! We had our old electric fireplace replaced with a new wood burner. We were given great advice on the model to choose, what surround, even a lovely slate hearth. We were booked in within 3 weeks, despite it being extremely close to Christmas. On the day in question it took 3 hours to completely remove the old fire, knock out a big chunk of chimney breast, and make it brand new. They trimmed the wallpaper neatly and replastered, leaving us with something that just needed a lick of paint (not the eyesore I was imagining!). All our living room junk was covered with sheets, and they removed the TV from its bracket, too.The burner itself is fantastic! Self-cleaning (we've had to remove the ash once in what must be well over 3 dozen fires), really warm, and gorgeous to look at.Can't fault the service, and the price was more reasonable than expected. It's a complete service.

A fantastic company to use. From start to finished replacement of my thirty year old fire the people involved were excellent. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
