Highly recommended!Chartwell was such an easy company to deal with from start to finish.During the sales process, Mark took time to discuss multiple configurations and clearly explained the advantages and limitations of each option. He stepped back and considered my overall project, and not just selling me doors.His pricing was fair from the outset, so we avoided a protracted and unproductive price negotiation.The survey and fitting team were equally pleasurable to deal with. They did an excellent job.The end result is a high quality and aesthetically pleasing set of sliding doors.

Very pleased with the service from start to finish with my replacement patio doors, the sales guys are very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me a very competitive price for supply and fit, gave me an installation date which suited my timetable.The installation team were very pleasant and gave us a quality install whilst making sure all was clean and tidy at the end.I would definitely recommend Chartwell home Solutions.

We have replaced old windows and doors in stages so this is the third time we have dealt with Chartwell in the past year. Robert took time to listen to our requirements and provided excellent advice. The survey by Andy was efficient and fitting by Aaron and Harry tidy and completed promptly. We are thrilled that the end result was even better than anticipated. The after sales service is impressive. When I rang up to pay the balance, Mark told me that they would be replacing some of the glass in the conservatory because there were minor scratches that we were unaware of. It is such a joy to deal with a thoroughly decent firm.

Chartwell installed a front door and a sliding patio door in Sevenoaks in December 2022. The whole process was performed in a friendly and professional way. They turned up punctually, they answered the phone promptly, and delivered what they promised. Visiting their showroom in Biggin Hill was especially useful in making our choices and the staff who advised us were knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. The price we paid was highly competitive and the result very pleasing. I have no hesitation in recommending them and we intend to use them to install new windows on the property.

Chartwell Home Solutions supplied a very good quality composite front door. Their service was excellent. Every appointment made was kept and was on time. They did a great job of fitting the door - really neat job, no mess, everything cleared away. We had some teething problems requiring a tiny bit of adjustment and they came promptly to sort it out, so overall very happy with the job and would thoroughly recommend.
