Excellent customer service.Came to replace a condemned boiler and did so within 48 hours.Engineer (Mark) was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know about the work he was doing and how to operate the new boiler.Price was competitive, and the work was completed in a single day, despite needing scaffolding for the outdoor part of the job.

So Mark the guy who was servicing our boiler rang to let us know when he would arrive. When he got here he was very respectful of our property. Really nice guy treat us with absolute respect. Fantastic service provided by Josh at my property. He called in advance to let me know what time he would arrive and then arrived when he said he would. Service was 5 star throughout and he went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done correctly- its rare these days that people go that extra mile but he was brilliant and a real credit to the company! Josh thank you again for being so professional and doing a great job!

Josh came to investigate water seeping up kitchen wall. Was very informative and explained that in order to proceed further we needed to contact Nationwide about a track and trace. He explained that he could not do this. Very polite and efficient.

Josh was incredibly professional and helpful, I needed 2 towel radiator valves replacing and whilst sadly he couldn't do it there and then as I needed to purchase the valves (my choice to keep the same look) he guided me what to purchase ie the size etc and made the leaking/dripping water as minimum as possible, very which was much appreciated. Will highly recommend.
