A few of the washing machines were out of order and the one I picked decided to breakdown with my washing inside. The attendant turned off the machine and I had to take home my soaking wet clothes without a refund.

Very bad customer service. Dirty, untidy place. Clothes came out of washing machine covered in bleach marks. After being promised that the manager would call me to discuss, a week later I am still waiting for that call!
