An absolutely stunning piece of craftsmanship arrived today! The weight and balance is perfect, the finish is unlikely anything I have come across before. Recently placed an order for a kitchen knife for myself. Richy was a great help designing it with me and kept me updated on its progress throughout its meticulous creation. Knife arrived well packaged. Handle was just perfect in the hand and blade was nice and sharp. Team at Savernake Knives know their stuff and they are helpful with making choices for size and type of knife as well as customisations. So chuffed with chef's knife I bought - so well made, stays sharp, high quality steel and carefully made. This is going to last a lifetime and I can see myself returning for another in the future. It's also nice to get such a great work of craftsmanship made in the UK - proud to support you!

I had Savernakes create me a knife about a year ago and it's still super sharp, really well made and looks amazing, can tell it will last. It was not cheap, but high quality UK made, highly recommended!

I ordered a blade as a gift for a colleague and could not have been more happy with the process and outcome. Not only are the team helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable, they're also ninjas at making blades sharp enough to cut time itself. Communication is top drawer and you're kept up to speed with each stage of the process.The quality of the workmanship is second to none and the fact you get to tailor every last bit of the knife means that you can be sure it is truly a one-off.If I'm ever in the market for pro-quality knives for my own home, this will be my first stop.

A fantastic experience. Having read about their knives I paid a visit to The Sawmill and was met and looked after by Philip. He gave me a very insightful tour of the workshop, taking time to explain all of the processes to me.Having decided on the knife I wanted, we went through the handle options. The end result is a stunning, probably unique, knife of the highest quality arrived a few weeks later. It is superior to my Japanese knives and looks superb.I cannot recommend enough, and ideally take the time to visit the workshop. I have subsequently bought another as a wedding present.

Did a web order for 2 knives and a cutting board, and for a bespoke order, these were delivered in super quick time to Singapore. Great service and great workmanship for the knives. I loved the communication to ensure that the handles that I chose would be appropriate for the usage and the tropical climate.The knives are pieces of art - love how they look and the heft of the knives. They arrive just in time for a proper weekend bbq. I’m also really pleased they have used quality artisans to provide the cutting board and leather sheath as well.
