I have been twice now to this store, and am very impressed with the knowledge and willingness to help and advise from the staff. The range of products covers all tastes, and sexual activity. So handy, just on the A1, in a service area, too! It couldn't be easier! I will definitely go again! On my most recent visit, I was served by Fran, and was very happy with her service!

Whole experience visiting this store was great from start to finish Fran was really helpful and friendly, she gave advice on products and helped when I was stuck with ideas. Also whilst in store I witnessed a very nervous man enter the store who said he felt embarrassed and Fran made him feel very welcomed and helped him with his purchases.Will definitely revisit this store in the future

Fantastic experience just like usual although a little bit unexpected of a shoplifter trying it on while we were being served but the staff dealt with it in a absolute fantastic way without causing any distress to us or the any one else should be commended for her calmness to the situation. Thank you for helping us and making our visit a pleasurable one .
