I applied for urban outreach on Tuesday was told I would have to wait till Monday afternoon which is 7 days with no sustainable food, I then contacted this charity I didn't expect anything but through there own kindness they provided me with enough food to last me within 1 hour of making this phone call, It continously baffles me how places like nice are not funded correctly but yet urban outreach a charity with millions and warehouses full of food would not provide me with a simple meal and or fast track my food parcel, Thank you so much to the gentlemen who was waiting for me to give me my food today, Thank you sir without these guys I would be sat here now with nothing, Don't donate food to urban outreach give it to these people who genuinely want to help those in need.

Rubbish money scammers from dwp don't genuinely try to help you gain employment or training. Laugh and talk about unemployed person's highly unprofessional including accents and way dressed or present themselves. Rude and arrogant staff always in the absence of Daniel the manager Daniel and Anne Marie only 2 nice staff there.

Excellent service and help for Vulnerable and Disabled and less fortunate people in Bolton.!

Absolutely gutted. Hate asking for help because like these people here just judge you, have little patience and obviously don't want be there. I have a lot of health conditions and problems and don't need people like the staff here being awful. I know you're working for free probably but if you don't like it, don't be there. Honestly thought there was better people in this world. Honestly thanks for what little help you have been but I'd rather starve

After just losing my job I feel like I'm stuck in a rut.Due to me currently being on medication for my depression I was in different thoughts on what to do or where to go.Not left my house in days with going to Bolton Nice the first time.On arriving there was an elderly gentleman who spoke to me with such compassion on entering the building.Told me everything would be okay & filled bag after bag for me as I felt lost.I wanted to cry but I think the medication took that away from me.I just want to say the biggest THANKYOU to Bolton Nice but especially the gentleman who spoke to me x
