We needed to replace our old tiles in a section of the roof at the rear of the house. George was on time to come over and discuss the work to be done along with his recommendations. What i liked is that George genuinely listened to our requirements and didn’t try to push for additional work. Upon agreeing the quote George arranged the date for commencement of works and organised the scaffolding for us and arrived as agreed days later to commence the work. They stripped the roof sections, put down new felt, replaced all the batons with treated wood batons and the gutter in the valley finally replacing with the new roof tiles that we chose. All of the team are polite, cheerful and with good work ethic. We are very pleased with the outcome and will use Nightingale again in future.
