In regards to the purchase of the property Laura has been an absolute star from start to finish- and Jacob has our gratitude for making difficult situation (ours, not caused by haybrook) as easy as it could be. Couldn't recommend them both highly enough!In regards to our sale Hannah was a fantastic help- especially as the solicitors were a nightmare, she helped us a lot to navigate around some issues caused by the solicitors and I would have been tearing my hair out if it weren't for her. I do hope haybrook as a company think twice before recommending APL (the solicitors) in future.

From initial sale to completion day Haybrook's Rotherham/Barnsley were excellent in selling our property. Awaiting completion in our sale was rather drawn out (through no fault of Haybrook's) but we were kept informed throughout. Hannah was particularly excellent and really looked after us in some particularly frustrating times, she was focused, confident and provided much needed reassurance with regular updates and chasing. Without her I feel that the sale may have never happened. I would certainly use again.

Hannah has been fantastic from start to finish, she has made this process a lot more stress free. She was always in the loop and actively chasing between both buyer and seller.
