Worst place to work as agencies staff. Permanent Staff put all the allegations towards me because i refuse job offer and end up sacked.

Dad was lucky to be placed at Sunnymeade for the last 7 weeks of his life. During testing times of covid-19, ALL the staff from the Management to the handyman were so kind and helpful.When it became apparent that Dad was nearing the end of his life I was allowed a compassionate visit (in full PPE), I spent valuable time with him reminiscing, making video calls to his wife of 63 years and his son, (my brother) - this precious time was so appreciated by us all whilst Dad was still Dad albeit frail and clearly not well.When Dad started to deteriorate further I was again allowed to sit with him for as long as I wanted. Dad was treated with genuine care, love and dignity that truly needed to be seen to be believed - every member of staff was giving so much of themselves, it was so comforting to watch and listen to the way they were with him. This was echoed with other residents, I could hear them talking, laughing and even dancing with residents because the staff knew what their residents needed and wanted in these awful times without seeing their loved ones.I was able to stay with Dad for in excess of 36 hours, not only did they care for Dad, they made sure that I ate, had plenty of drinks and listened to me when I was struggling with the inevitable. I experienced genuine concern from day and night staff of my wellbeing, they were truly incredible - thank you.I having nothing but respect for Sunnymeade and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to others seeking sincere care for their loved ones. Forever grateful to you all.

Really nice & friendly

Fantastic residential home.My mum is a resident and she can't want for anything the care from all the staff is excellent.Food is freshly cooked and cater for my mum's needs.The activity they do with them are also good as my mum suffers from dementia and the gardens are also lovely .
