There are so many companies offering this service so it was a gamble as to which company to go with. Following Davids online posts, reviews and reasonable price we decided QHC was our choice. David was fantastic and helpful from the start even before he came to do our inspection!He found a whopping 137 snagging faults with our new build home, majority of which we would NEVER have found ourselves or likely even noticed!He was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and provided an impeccable service from start to finish.Having previously owned new build homes this was our first snagging inspection, don’t know how we got by without one!The report was straightforward with pictures of all faults found which made it easy to understand even to us, with no building experience or background!If you are buying a new build property you NEED to get David out for a snagging inspection, will save you a LOT of money in the long run!

David was most helpful from the start - friendly and he gave professional advice - he suggested a different approach to my request as it was a new build. He carried out the survey as promised and provided a first class list of snags which has proved most helpful with the builder and given me confidence in the build quality - the report came with a clear description and images.
