Wes at Eterna Studio is an absolute expert and was super helpful in advising and guiding me when getting my family photos printed. He was able to touch-up and edit all the photos to the best of his ability and it made such a difference. Wes is super friendly and very professional and gives you an honest opinion on what should be done to get you the best final photo. He was also able to get the photos I needed, 16 or 17, printed and cut to size on the same day within a few hours. I couldn't have asked for a better service and I will be recommending him to friends and family nearby. Thank you Wes!

Wes was extremely welcoming and professional. We came to get some passport photos taken and we were in and out of the door in 15 minutes, pictures in hand. The service is of the highest quality, is reasonably priced, and to top it off the shop is filled with Wes' wonderful work which sets a lovely ambiance.

Need to renew my passport and saw that this new photo studio and shop has opened around the area.The good reviews are all truthful ! I walked in and asked about passport photos. The photographer said he does them yes. I then asked for pricing (being scared that it being a photo studio maybe I will get charged a lot. The man with a Mediterranean background very well said that I will get photo studio quality before telling me the prices to which I could not resist to giggle a bit as all I need was a passport approved photo. And I much rather help a person than a huge chain.There are options depending what you need so best to ask :) I will say the prices to my opinion are totally reasonable.I went with the option of 4 photos and 1 digital photo via code that expires after one month.The photographer tested the camera, the lighting and white balance for my skin tone.While printing the 4 pics and also checked the photo passes the test for the passport pic we had a bit of a discussion on food and Mediterranean cuisines.I know I only went for a passport photo but this was a great customer experience and felt very welcomed. Always good to support the local businesses so hope he can keep his shop.

I went there for my passport pictures. Although it was just for passport pictures, the whole experience was really good. The owner was a really nice host and really took his time to listen to what I wanted and needed. You will feel trully looked after by a professional. Really recommend Eterna Studio.

Had some passport photos done - fantastic service and great photos. We did a dummy run of applying for passport online to check the photo would pass gov requirements and it was fine - definitely recommend this place

Wes is an absolute hero! I called 10 minutes before closing and in 15 minutes we were out the door with my baby's passport photos. His shop is clean, organised, and his service is impeccable. Everything you need from a photography studio in one place.

Highly recommend this local photo printing shop! The owner was extremely helpful at short notice when I required a poster to be framed. Excellent service with quality workmanship. Will use from now onwards in favour over another nearby well-known printing chain!
